I didn't know if we'd win or lose the game, but I was pretty sure after watching Game 1 and knowing our team that we were going to come out and play better tonight."
The Thunder improved to 14-5 this season after a loss, showing their resiliency. Their 27-10 edge in points off turnovers was a key factor in the win. Oklahoma City’s defense also forced San Antonio into 16 turnovers.
The Spurs struggled with ball security, a theme that has hurt them in the series. Wembanyama acknowledged the issue after the game. "We've got to help our ballhandlers more and take care of the ball," he said.
Injury concerns also arose during the game. Jalen Williams is set to undergo an MRI on his hamstring on Thursday. Dylan Harper’s injury status remains unclear, as Spurs coach Mitch Johnson provided no updates.
